Modern Encounters<\/strong> is an alternative indie rock band with a love for post-punk and new wave, founded in 2022 by drummer Charlie Bonazza (Elisa, Prozac+, Sick Tamburo, Le Orme) in collaboration with English singer John Sterry (Gang Of Four, Fukc Duo). In 2023, bassist Tommaso Mantelli (Captain Mantell, LinguaSerpente, Sick Tamburo) and guitarist Mirco Biasutti (A.k.a., Prozac+) joined the band.
\nThe band has released a self-produced EP in 2022 and 6 singles between 2023 and 2025.<\/p>\n
